    We live at a time when the corporate development is fast changing. The traditional structures and processes in organization are getting dismantled and the global market, global supply sources and the overwhelming impact of technology have brought in a new paradigm of corporate governance. Change is nothing new, but the pace of change and its impact need careful assessment and proactive response. Therefore, it becomes imperative for one and all to be alert and stay prepared for future threats and challenges. 

   The most important question in the present context is whether one is equipped to face the threats and turns of an unpredictable tomorrow. Doing the right things has become more important than doing things right. Management institutes have a very important role to play in this regard. They can take up the challenge of grooming managers with strong conceptual skills with initiative insights capable of successfully meeting the modern day business challenges. 

  Ever since its inception, this department has been assiduously involved in training the students to equip them with the right perspective, tools and mindset. Right through its existence, the department has stuck to its mission of providing academic nourishment and nurture excellence to bring out dynamic executives. This shall continue to be the guiding philosophy of the course of action of the department in the future as well.
