the year of 2000 with an objective of imparting up to date
knowledge in the fields of Information Technology, and in
the Art Technology.

M.C.A Programme
Eligibility : Bachelors Degree in any discipline of this
University or any other degree of other University / Institution
recognized by this University as equivalent thereto with mathematics
as one of the subject at least at Higher Secondary level.
Candidates studying in the final year / semester of their
qualifying degree and have successfully cleared all the papers
of their previous year / semesters may appear for the entrance
exam. Such candidates, if selected, will be admitted only
on the production of the qualifying degree mark –list
M.Sc Computer Science Programme
Eligibility: B.Sc degree in Computer Science or B.C.A or any
other B.Sc degree with Mathematics as one of the subject of
this University or any other degree of other university/institution
recognized by this university as equivalent thereto.
Candidates

Selection Procedure For M.C.A and M.Sc Computer Science
Selection
will be based on Entrance examination conducted by University/Government
Body. The University level examination will consist of questions
from the following:

Mathematics :
50%
(Syllabus:
Set theory, Propositional Logic, Boolean Algebra, Linear Algebra,
Coordinate Geometry and Conic Section, Trigonometry, Matrices,
Vectors, Linear Programming, Differential Calculus, Integral
Calculus, Series and Sequences, Real and Complex numbers,
Polynomials, Permutations and Combinations, and Elementary
Probability theory)
