Department of Malayalam, Kannur University is located at Dr.P.K.Rajan Memorial Campus Palathadam, Nileshwaram Municipality. The Department offers M.A. Malayalam, and Research programmes. The department has a well-furnished library with more than 17000 books and 38 Journals.In addition to this more than 3000 books donated by renowned Sri. Perigamana Eswaran Nambbothiri and more than 200 books donated by Smt. Vimala Sahadevan in memory of her husband and freedom fighter Sri. V.I. Sahadevan is also available.The department provides a friendly and calm atmosphere for all the students, providing quality education and helps the students in achieving their goals.
