Mission

1 Build up the aptitude for creative thinking, critical analysis and decision making for productive research and development  and  to guide the students to take up active research in the  various disciplines of plant science 

2 Equip students in various national and international competitions, and fellowships examinations.

3  Develop attributes like competency, communication skills, scientific temper, research skills, digital literacy

4 Generate ethical awareness of global environmental problems and conservation .

5 Make the students aware of the philosophy and methodology of science and comprehend science as a construct in history.
