EYE CAMPAIGN 2024

In coordination with Eye Care Eye Trust hospital, Kannur University Teacher Education Centre organised a free Eye Campaign for the students as well as for the public on 21st March 2024 at 10 AM. The programme was inaugurated by Dr.Premaja, retired civil surgeon health centre, kannur University campus, Mangattuparamba. Welcome speech was given by Ragesh sir, Assistant Professor, KUTEC. Course director Dr.Prasida delivered the presidential address. Sri. Sudheesh, PRO at Eye Care Eye Trust gave the felicitation for the event.Student co-ordinator,Vyshnavi. C. M gave the vote of thanks. 144 people, attended the campaign, of which 19 people checked Refraction, three were diagnosed with diabetic retinopathy. Four people checked their glass power and 1 person bought an eye-glass during the campaign. The event concluded by 2PM
